This new map of the beautiful canoe paradise of Quetico was created in partnership with Quetico Provincial Park. It features a base layer created from a 3-D Digital Elevation Model (DEM) showing relief and hillshading, giving a stunning look to this special area that has not been seen before.
This decorative map is designed to hang, coming unfolded, and utilizes data from Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, Canadian Federal Government & Minnesota Ministry of Natural Resources.
Data layers include: lakes, marsh, rivers, roads, railway, utility lines, communities, Conservation areas, Provincial/State parks, First Nations, borders, and both a UTM and Lat/Long grid.
This unique map also displays portages, ranger stations, and access points to Quetico Park. Also featured are historical pictures from the park's early days, adding a historical twist, making a true conversation piece you will enjoy for years to come.
